Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility: The competition is open to individuals aged 18 years or older. Employees of Check My Xray and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

2. Prize Details: The prize consists of a three-night stay (24th April 2026 – 27th April 2026) in Paris for one winner and their chosen guest, including return flights from Belfast International Airport with Easyjet (one piece of carry-on luggage per passenger). Accommodation will be provided at The Melia Paris la Défense. Other expenses are not included

3. Non-Transferable & No Cash Alternative: The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.

4. Travel Requirements: The winner and their guest must possess a valid passport at the time of travel. Any visa or additional travel requirements are the responsibility of the winner.

5. Fixed Travel Dates: The prize is valid only for travel on the dates specified above. No amendments to the destination, travel dates, or itinerary will be permitted.

6. Competition Entry: Entrants must complete an online entry form by 21st September at 22:00. Only one entry per person is permitted.

7. Winner Selection & Notification: The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries and notified via email. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, an alternative winner may be selected.

8. Liability: Check My Xray (Acromion) is not responsible for any loss, injury, or delays experienced during travel. The winner and their guest assume all risks associated with the trip.

9. Publicity & Usage Rights: By entering the competition, entrants agree to allow Check My Xray to use their name and any submitted content for promotional purposes.

10. General Conditions: Check My Xray reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.
