We can either provide you with a clear and detailed written explanation of your injury and what the next steps should be or book you in for a live consultation with one of our consultants who can talk you through your injury and answer any questions you may have.

Use your phone or tablet to take photographs of your X-rays. Take pictures of all of your X-rays, making sure to capture your name and date of birth, which will be on your X-ray scan.
There’s no need to zoom in on the broken bone. Please make sure that you only photograph the X-ray and no members of staff or other patients.

Answer some short questions about your health and your injury.

You’ll be alerted when your Consultant has reviewed your injury and provided an opinion. Simply log in to your account and access your personalised letter and advice.

If you have booked a live video consultation, just click on the link in your confirmation email 5 minutes before your allocated time to enter the waiting room.
