Mr Eames is a consultant Trauma and Orthopaedic Surgeon and co-founder of Check My X-ray. He was appointed an NHS consultant in the South East Healthcare Trust in Belfast in 2004.
He treats trauma and fracture patients with a variety of injuries and has a large sports injury practice. He is Medical Director and co-founder of Orthoderm Clinic and is a member of the Medical Advisory Board for Europe’s largest independent healthcare provider. He was President of The Irish Hand Surgery Society 2021-2023. Mr Eames qualified from Queens University Belfast and is a member of the Royal College of Surgeons of England.
He is on the Specialist Register of the GMC and is a Responsible Officer. He enjoys travelling, skiing and sailing both inshore and offshore.
